This Thursday we are happy to host Dark Horse Brewing Company. We have some great pairings so call us today to reserve your spot!
The Pairings:
1. Scotty Karate – Grilled shrimp, with a brown butter, banana, roast red pepper, lemon and parsley sauce.
2. Raspberry Ale – Lemon zest buttermilk biscuit slider, with crispy sweet onion tarragon crusted sole and a Chambord honey butter.
3. Crooked Tree – Spicy smoked chicken sopes, grilled masa cake topped with refried beans, spicy chicken, lettuce, onion, queso fresco crumble, and a roast ghost pepper mango salsa.
4. Plead the 5th – Tuaca and espresso brined beef chuck, slow roasted and served with a sweet potato gratin.
5. Scary Jesus Rock Star – Sacher torte, Classic layer chocolate torte filled with apricot and glazed in a rich chocolate ganache.
